Japanese government bond (JGB) yields edged higher on Tuesday, tracking a rise in U.S. Treasury yields as oil prices recovered, while investors remained cautious ahead of speeches by senior central bank officials in Japan and the United States, Reuters reported.
The benchmark 10-year JGB yield rose 1.5 basis points to 2.895%, after trading largely unchanged earlier in the session. Bond yields move inversely to prices.
