Raymond Crangle will be the man in the middle for Friday night's huge Big Two clash.
It has been confirmed that Crangle will referee the crunch title showdown at the BetMcLean Oval.
He will be assisted by Stephen Bell, Paul Robinson and Tony Clarke for the game on Mersey Street.
Linfield sit top of the Premiership table, but only on goal difference over the Glens with 12 games remaining this season.
David Healy's champions beat Larne on Tuesday night to go top, while Glentoran were held to a 1-1 draw by Portadown.
The derby rivals have played each other twice already in the Premiership this season.
Linfield claimed a 3-0 win the last time they met at the Oval with goals from Matt Green, Trai Hume and Cammy Palmer.
The sides also drew 1-1 at Windsor Park on December 27, with Jay Donnelly's header cancelling out Hume's opener.
Conor McMenamin was sent off in that game, while Shay McCartan was also shown a red card on the touchline.
