A woman from Glasgow was named on King Charles' first birthday honours list for the fantastic work she does to help fellow females overcome hardship
Sylvia Douglas founded MsMIssMrs, a community interest company, in 2014 with the aim of providing women with emotional, physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing.
The personable support network created is designed to reinstate the self-confidence that some may have lost.
MsMissMrs has continued to flourish ever since it launched.

She told Glasgow Live: "I had this idea that it would be really great to offer workshop and wellbeing spaces so women can get time to reflect on their own self care.
"There are so many woman who are busy raising families, struggling with low income, housing issues and when they go through that self care is not a priority.
"We needed to look at how we could offer free spaces to women, so we came up with the concept of empowerment pants to raise funds.
"As a result of that we ended up opening a health and wellbeing in the north of the city. There we offer a variety of support services.
"It is very person centred. Women come and we can spend time with them and build relationships with those who need it.
"The team are all women who have used the service and later became employed by the project."
The organisation came into fruition after the 44-year-old overcame her own struggles.
She left school aged just 15 and soon after became a young mum. After going through her own journey she realised more support was needed.
Sylvia said:"I spent years in children's homes with a self-limiting belief.
"I then had my daughter really young and lived in poverty. There was a real lack of self belief which was debilitating.
"Then I started to recover and look at how I can build my self-esteem back up. Over a 10 year period I worked through the trauma and then built a pathway to navigating it quicker.
"There were moments where I couldn't see a road out or how it could change."
MsMissMrs has now helped many women rebuild themselves and their lives over the last nine years.
The Get S.E.T rebuild is one of the many successful projects launched by Sylvia. It is a programme designed to support women and girls as they get to know their worth by increasing their emotional, mental, social and physical self-awareness.
The 44-year-old said: "99 per cent of the people we work with are single mums who are living with very little income.
"We try help them build up the capabilities to move forward.
"We've had women here in horrendous situations but they have built their confidence back up. They have gone to college to study or found jobs or their family life is better.
"The women we want to reach are those who feel like there is no support system available."
The organisation founder is delighed that she has received a BEM, however, she believes that the women who continue to battle everyday for better life should be the ones being recognised.
Sylvia explained: "I feel very humbled by it.
"Everyday I see women who have very little but they create change and support for others.
"For me there are so many women out there who go through a struggle everyday that deserve recognition.
"I'm proud that there are so many women out there who have changed their lives."
