British Transport Police (BTP) have launched an appeal after a 15-year-old girl was seriously injured on board a Glasgow train.
The incident took place on-board the 9.23pm Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh Waverley rail service and officers have today released an image of a person they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries in relation to the attack.
The image shows a man with short hair wearing a tracksuit and a orange Hi Vis vest.

The incident took place on Monday, July 19, last year and anyone who recognises the man in the image, or who has any information that will assist officers with their iinvestigation is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 2100052828.
Alternatively, they can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
