British Transport Police are appealing for information after a man was assaulted by two men on a train from Shettleston to Easterhouse station.
The incident occurred on the 11.33pm service on Wednesday, February 2, when an altercation broke out between a man and two other men. This continued until the train reached Easterhouse station, where the man was further assaulted by them both and left unconscious with a head injury.
One man was identified at the scene in connection to the incident, however officers are looking to speak to another man in relation who is described as white, of stocky build, and with short dark hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a black jacket, with dark jeans and black trainers.

At the time of the incident, the service was very busy with passengers returning home from a football match.
Officers want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or anyone with information to further assist their enquiries.
