One of Glasgow's most exciting rooftop bars has launched a new brunch menu described as 'the next jewel in its crown'.
VEGA at Yotel Glasgow opened last summer to huge fanfare and features a restaurant and bowling alley with sweeping views over the city.
Their new weekend daytime menu launches this coming Sunday and alongside the a selection of devilishly delicious-sounding breakfast dishes, it includes the option of adding on prosecco, cocktails and a unique 'build your own' bellinis offering.
Buttermilk fried chicken and waffles and huevos rancheros are the highlights on the food front, while the brunch also caters for vegan diners. For those with a sweet tooth, VEGA chefs are also baking up chocolate brownies, fried churros or the sure-to-be-popular Nutella pancake stack.
The menu, which will be available 12pm-4pm Saturdays and Sundays, is priced at £25 per person for a welcome cocktail, one brunch course, one ‘Build Your Own’ Bellini with a choice of fruit purees and a half bottle of prosecco.
The team behind VEGA, which takes over the entire seventh floor of YOTEL, said: "The new brunch menu only adds to the venue’s varied offering - whether it’s indulging your competitive streak with a game of ten-pin bowling in VEGA’s very own bowling alley in the sky, or keeping the party going well into the night to take in the bright lights of the city with the bar’s heavenly cocktails."
Euan Wilson, General Manager added: "We’re so excited to launch our incredible new brunch menu for 2022, ensuring our guests can kickstart their weekends in just the right way.
"With VEGA’s panoramic views of the Glasgow skyline, extensive cocktail list and delicious new dishes, our brunch sittings will offer a brand new daytime experience for Glasgow’s city centre."
