A new Vietnamese restaurant specialising in vegan and vegetarian food has opened in Glasgow.
The team behind Non Viet have just launched Non Viet Ba (Vegan) on Dumbarton Road in the west end, offering a selection of enticing plant-based, authentic Vietnamese dishes.
The firm, which also has Non Viet on Sauchiehall Street and Non Viet Hai on Great Western Road, had hoped to have their latest offering opened by now, but though their plans had been delayed, are delighted to announce that is now open (Monday, June 5).
Co-founder and manager Younes Chachai explained that he is excited for people to be able to come in and finally see their latest offering, Ba, which means 'Three' in Vietnamese and offers a fully vegan menu meaning even more people can try their incredible offering.

He said: "It's a great location, and a great area, Partick like the west end, has a lot of people excited to try something new and this is going to be something completely different.
"Our head chef is amazing and every time he creates a new menu I'm proud to be able to share it with our customers, especially those who live a vegan lifestyle.
And he revealed he can't wait for people to try the new restaurant which offers enticing dishes like Pho Noodle Soup, Tofu Coconut Curry and spring rolls, as well as a fully licenced bar with, beer, wine cocktails, smoothies and traditional Vietnamese coffee, which of course will all be vegan.
Younes added: "It's another alternative for vegans, another kind of cuisine, packed with different flavours that they won't find elsewhere."
He confirmed that they will be open Monday to Thursday 11-3 and 5 until 10, Fridays from 11 pm-3 pm and 5 pm until 11 pm, Saturdays 12 pm -11 pm and Sundays 12 pm-10 pm.
