Glasgow’s Lord Provost has warned councillors over misbehaviour concerns after a recent council meeting ended in chaos with a politician accused of telling others to “shut up.”
Lord Provost Jacqueline McLaren said on Thursday city councillors were “failing in their duty to treat each other with necessary respect and courtesy.”
It comes after a row erupted involving councillors Graham Campbell and Frank McAveety at full council in March.
