Glasgow paramedic killed in Ukraine 'died a hero in act of bravery'

A Glasgow man killed in Ukraine has been named by friends and family.

Jonathan 'Jony' Shenkin died 'a hero' his brother Daniel said.

The 45-year-old was working as a paramedic in the war torn country and is one of eight Brits who have died in the conflict over the last year.
