A mum is beaming with joy after discovering her son, who had been missing for more than a decade, is alive.
Joyce Curtis had not seen or heard from her son Nicholas since 2010.
The joiner lost his job and left his home in Glasgow to travel Europe in the mid 2000s. His mum believed he had been hitchhiking around France and Spain but due to the pandemic, she thought Nicholas had died and even 'grieved for him', the Daily Record reports.
