Glasgow police are probing a serious assault in the East End that left one man hospitalised.
A 60-year-old man was attacked 'within a premises' in Moncur Street, Calton on Saturday. The incident kicked off at around 10.20am.
The man was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment. His current medical condition has not been disclosed.

No other injuries have been reported at this stage. Witnesses and those who were in the area at the time of the assault are urged to come forward.
Enquiries are ongoing.
Detective Constable Joanna Galea said: “Our enquiries into the circumstances of the incident are ongoing. We are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident or witnessed what happened to get in touch.
“Anyone with information should contact police via 101, quoting incident number 1229 of August 27."
