A man who groped a Waitrose employee and spat on a man has been locked up.
Anatolis Bistrovs, 36, pounced on the 24-year-old at the store in Glasgow's Byres Road on July 15 2021.
The city's Sheriff Court heard that the female victim was working in the freezer aisle.

Prosecutor Jess McGowan said: "Bistrovs approached...she felt a hand on her right buttock which moved to her back and hips."
|The "upset" woman "froze" before telling Bistrovs that she was not happy. She got the attention of a colleague before she "broke down in distraught."
Police attended and arrested Bistrovs who shouted: "F*** off."
He then spat at Joe MacPhee but the saliva did not make contact. The hearing was told of an earlier occasion on November 21, 2020 at the city centre's Rennie Mackintosh Hotel.
A 37-year-old housekeeper was hoovering the stairs when Bistrovs said "Hi" to her.
Miss McGowan added: "He then touched her on the bum."
Bistrovs then spoke in a foreign language - believed to be Russian - before the manager and police were contacted.
Miss McGowan said: "She was scared that Bistrovs would re-attend so she left her job there and has new employment elsewhere."
Bistrovs pled guilty yesterday to two sexual assault charges and assaulting Mr MacPhee. Ian Sievwright, defending, will make his plea in mitigation at the sentencing at the end of the month.
Sheriff Iain Fleming remanded Bistrovs, of Queen's Park, and put him on the sex offenders register meantime.
