Killer Alexander Pacteau stalked a mystery woman outside Glasgow's Sanctuary nightclub moments before murdering Karen Buckley.

Police who investigated the 24-year-old's horrific murder think Pacteau originally tried to go after the other woman, spotted on CCTV. Retired Detective Superintendent Jim Kerr led the probe into nurse Karen's brutal killing.

He said a woman wearing dress is seen on the CCTV footage, unaware she was being followed, on that fateful night in April 2015. She then walks along a road near to Sanctuary in Dumbarton Road before hailing a taxi.
