A Glasgow hotel has left a cheeky reply to a customer after the guest was charged with a fine.
The Marriott Hotel, located on Argyle Street, in the city centre responded to criticism by a visitor of their bar after the guest was given a fine for using their car park.
In a scathing one star review, the visitor took to Tripadvisor to vent their frustration after being handed a £60 fine, three weeks after going to the hotel for a drink.

The reviewer on Tripadvisor stopped off at the hotel in December, on their way to pick up their brother before a family funeral.
The title of the review is titled 'Stay Away.'
The reviewer then went onto explain why they complained and started with "I would not go to this hotel.
"I Stopped here to have a drink and some food whilst waiting to pick my brother up from the airport before a family funeral."
"I didn't notice any signs to pay for parking and would have gone elsewhere, or paid if I had. 3 weeks later a £60 fine."
And finished their review by saying: "Stay well clear."
The manager of hotel replied to the reviewer on Tripadvisor and said: "thanks for your post and for bringing this to my attention.
"We have no fewer than 30 signs relating to car-parking within the grounds of the Hotel. I am sorry that you did not notice these. For anyone using our Food & Beverage or Leisure facilities the car parking is complimentary for up to 4 hours.
"That said please send me details of your fine and I will do my very best to have this removed for you."
The hotel has received a number one star reviews on Tripadvisor but overall gets a four out of five with many positive comments.
One person said: "Excellent location for business and airport transfer. Clean rooms, nice staff and a decent bar. Parking is fine, which can be an issue in most central hotels. I will be returning and recommending to friends and family"
With another person saying: "Fantastic bar staff, they were super friendly and also extremely helpful and if a beer I selected was not available they were super apologetic. Great team and will certainly be back for another stay. 5 stars."
