Tributes have poured in to a Glasgow dad who died after falling off a mountain.

Lachlan Macdonald, fell from the Forcan Ridge on The Saddle, a munro in the Highlands after it is believed he lost his footing.

The 46-year-old Hearts fan and avid hillwalker's death sparked a flood of tributes, with friends and family saying he died "doing what he loves", the Daily Record reports.
