Giorgos Giakoumakis could land a potential life-changing Celtic exit to Saudi Arabia, according to a report.
Ange Postecoglou swopped in for the striker at the start of last season from Dutch side VVV Venlo with the hitman penning a five-year deal at the time. He notched 17 goals in an injury-hit debut campaign before firing another eight so far this term. But it is believed he is unhappy at no fresh terms being offered and with the Scottish champions not prepared to bump up his current terms, the duo have reached a deadlock say the Scottish Sun.
His new agent Blash Hosseini has been charged with finding new destinations for the Greece international and it is believed Saudi sides have been attracted to his goal scoring record both in Scotland and in the Netherlands before that. Clubs in both England and Germany are also reported to be keeping close tabs on the situation ahead of the January transfer window which opens in a matter of weeks.

Celtic could command a fee in the region of £6million states the same report, due to the length of time still on his contract at Parkhead.
The 28-year-old - who boasts a record of one goal every two games in Glasgow - played a key role in the Scottish Premiership and domestic cup success last term. He also tasted Champions League football this season netting against Shakhtar Donestsk.
Josip Juranovic is another name who could depart Celtic with transfer plans already in place ahead of January. The Hoops have snapped up Canada World Cup star Alistair Johnston on a long-term deal with highly-regarded Yuki Kobayashi joining the right-back in penning terms.
The domestic action gets back underway for the champions this weekend with a tough trip to Pittodrie on Saturday to face Aberdeen. Rivals Rangers get underway tomorrow night with Michael Beale welcoming Hibs to Ibrox on his competitive bow.
