All parties involved in the Joe Gibbs Racing v Chris Gabehart and Spire Motorsports legal matter met in the Western District of North Carolina court on Tuesday for a hearing on two different matters.
1. A motion to determine if the judge should proceed with contempt of court hearings on whether or not Spire and Gabehart have violated preliminary court orders
2. If Spire should be added alongside Gabehart to the aforementioned preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order
