Giants vs. Seahawks Player of the Game: Wan’Dale Robinson

The New York Giants were defeated by the Seattle Seahawks, 24-3, on Monday night in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

This was another disgusting performance for Big Blue, who played an awful game from start to finish. They are now outscored 64-3 at home to start the season. Similarly to their home opener, the offense and special teams did not show up at all and the team was simply sloppy all around.

In a game like this, it’s hard to name a player of the game, but the honor goes to wide receiver Wan’Dale Robinson on the night.

Robinson led the team in targets and was tied for the team lead in receptions (5). He was able to notch 40 yards off of those grabs as he picked up a couple of first downs to extend drives for Big Blue.

The second-year receiver added some versatility to this offense as he often lined up in the backfield and even took one carry for seven yards.

The 2022 second-round draft pick also was an impact player in the blocking game as he threw some nice blocks on a few Daniel Jones scrambles.

While none of Robinson’s contributions really showed up on the scoreboard, it was nice to see him healthy again and making plays.
