The New York Giants are trading wide receiver Kadarius Toney to the Kansas City Chiefs for multiple draft picks.
Kansas City is receiving a third-round compensatory pick and an additional sixth-round selection in the 2023 NFL draft from the Giants, per multiple reports.
The No. 20 overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft out of Florida, Toney has flashes of potential as a rookie, but has been held back by injuries. He appeared in 12 games for New York, with five starts, and heads to Kansas City with 41 receptions for 420 yards and no touchdowns.
