A giant helter-skelter in the shape of a McDonald’s cold cup was unveiled to celebrate the launch of a new promotion called Winning Sips which will see millions of prizes up for grabs. TV personality Olivia Attwood was on hand to face her fear of heights as she took to the towering 35ft ride.
Passers-by also got a glimpse of the former Love Islander handing out fries as well as limited-edition McDonald’s merchandise ranging from bucket hats to Coca-Cola glasses.
Olivia said: “Jumping out a helicopter in Australia was the most amazing experience of my life and when McDonald’s invited me to be the first to ride this giant slide, I couldn’t resist to get my thrill-seeking fix again.”
