Also in this edition: at least 30 people have been killed by a building collapse in Cameroon. Rescue teams are still on the scene as the government investigates the cause of the disaster. Finally, almost two years after President Kais Saied suspended parliament in Tunisia, rights groups are once again shining a spotlight on the country's human rights record.
