The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to four-star California Bears quarterback commitment Jaron Keawe Sagapolutele.
Sagapolutele plays high school football for James Campbell High School in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. The talented passer has been committed to Cal since July 2024. He is easily the Bears’ top ranked recruit.
Sagapolutele is ranked as the top recruit in Hawaii in the class of 2025. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound quarterback is the eighth-ranked player at his position in the 2025 cycle. The James Campbell standout is the No. 108 recruit in the nation, per 247Sports.
“All glory to God. I have just been offered by the University of Georgia,” said Sagapolutele via social media on Oct. 21.
Head coach Kirby Smart and Georgia have the No. 3 recruiting class in the country. The Bulldogs have 23 total commitments including a recent commitment from five-star pass rusher Elijah Griffin.
UGA currently has a commitment from four-star quarterback recruit Ryan Montgomery, who has missed most of his senior season with an injury. The Bulldogs recently lost a key quarterback commitment in 2026 with five-star Jared Curtis.
Georgia is seeking a replacement plan for quarterback Carson Beck, who is expected to enter the 2025 NFL draft.
