George Clooney has spilled the beans on how he keeps the romance alive with his wife Amal Clooney, as he admitted they still write love letters to each other.
The couple were introduced by a mutual friend in 2013 and quickly fell head over heels in love. They tied the knot a year later and Amal, 44, gave birth to twins Ella and Alexander in 2017.
61-year-old George said he began writing the sweet letters while trying to woo the human rights lawyer and has kept up the tradition ever since.
The Hollywood star said they first met when Amal visited his house in Lake Como with a friend.
"In comes, Amal and we stayed up all night talking and I started writing her a bunch of letters," he said during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show.
George clarified he wrote the notes "on pen and paper" as opposed to a digital declaration of love and said he continues to do it now.
"We still write letters. Leave them on the pillow."
George previously revealed that the pair had "never" argued in their eight years of marriage. He said their relationship was the "easiest" thing either of them has ever done.
Speaking on CBS on their wedding anniversary George said: "It does start with love. That's sort of the whole secret to it.
"It's just been easy. Like the easiest thing, we have done in our lives thus far. We've never had an argument."
George and Amal recently showed off their love for one another as they packed on the PDA for the premiere of his highly-anticipated film Ticket to Paradise.
During their red carpet appearance in Los Angeles, George wrapped his arm around his wife's waist and they later held hands while posing for the cameras.
Amal looked sensational in a red tropical print dress which featured a low-cut neckline. She wore this with a pair of open-toed heels and a small gold clutch bag.
Hollywood icon George wore a smart grey suit and a partially open white shirt, which he paired with black loafers.
The couple were joined by George's co-stars Julia Roberts, Kaitlyn Dever and Billie Lourd, as well as director Ol Parker.
