Snezhnaya has loomed over Genshin Impact since launch without ever being explorable. The Fatui have operated across nearly every nation players have visited, and Harbingers like Tartaglia, Arlecchino, Dottore, and Capitano turned the organization from background lore into some of the game's most talked-about characters. Through them, players picked up fragments of Snezhnayan culture and politics long before they could see the homeland itself. Before Version 7.0, the Tsaritsa had remained one of the game's most mysterious Archons without directly appearing in the main story — a gap that only fueled years of speculation about her motives and design.
