Fans of Genshin Impact should take some time this coming Friday – that’s Nov. 25, 2022 – starting at 7 a.m. (UTC-5) to watch the livestream for Genshin Impact update 3.3. In it, the developer will, as usual, provide information about the content that players can expect in the fresh game version. The show will also drop some short-lived promo codes that grant you primogems and other in-game resources.
As usual, you can find the Special Program on the game’s official Twitch channel.
Genshin Impact 3.3: What to expect
Some content for update 3.3 is already confirmed: The characters Wanderer and Faruzan are going to celebrate their debuts, expanding the lineup of playable characters. The Wanderer, of course, is better known to players as Scaramouche and had a big role in the Sumeru story finale during update 3.2, while Faruzan is a gifted tinkerer from the Akademiya. Both characters use the Anemo element. In addition, the Raiden Shogun banner is to receive a rerun.
The big event of the update is called Akitsu Kimodameshi, according to leaks, and takes place in Inazuma, where almost all playable characters from the region are said to be involved.
The highlight of the upcoming game update is Genius Invokation – the collectible card game within Genshin Impact features a lot of PvE content and should finally be revealed in great detail during the stream. Recently, many playable characters have outed themselves to be big fans of the game, such as Cyno, Kamisato Ayato, Arataki Itto, and Yae Miko.
Update 3.3 will be released on Dec. 7, 2022, and the Special Program should reveal how long the game version will remain active and what the plans are for early 2023. Until then, you can pull for Layla in the game’s banners and experience the secret ending to the Fabulous Fungus Frenzy event.
