General Atlantic Singapore sells Rs 1,400 crore KFin Technologies stake; Invesco, Mirae Asset, HSBC MF among buyers

KFin Technologies General Atlantic NSE

General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte Ltd, a promoter of KFin Technologies, sold 1,51,35,135 shares of the company at Rs 925 apiece through a bulk deal on Thursday, August 20, 2026, taking the value of the transaction to around Rs 1,400 crore, according to NSE data.

The shares sold by General Atlantic were picked up by a group of institutional investors, with mutual funds accounting for a significant portion of the buying.
