We Gen Zs are a demanding bunch. And god knows we get a lot wrong: our screentime is through the roof, we’re going out less than other generations (both in terms of partying and physically “touching grass”, as we like to call it), we hate making phone calls, and we’d probably think a crop top was appropriate attire for a board meeting. But if there’s one thing we don’t play about with, it’s mental health.
According to new research, a third of Gen Z think mental health days should be a standard workplace benefit. And to that I say: go off Gen Z! (Both figuratively and literally!)
