Gemma Collins has revealed that she rushed to the doctors recently amid being "crippled over in pain," saying she suspected she was perhaps unexpectedly giving birth.
The reality TV star, 41, made the admission on the latest episode of the Gemma Collins Podcast. She mentioned the health issue whilst sharing a few updates with her listeners.
Although the episode has only just been released, it's believed to have been recorded almost two weeks ago. She suggested the issue had arose the week before Halloween.
She explained that the issue - which she said was diagnosed as her passing of a kidney stone - left her in "loads of pain" and even contemplating calling for an ambulance.
Gemma said: "It has been one hell of a week." She recalled experiencing "sudden" pain on the Monday morning, which prompted the TOWIE alum to seek medical advice.
Discussing the severity of the experience, she said: "All of a sudden I am crippled over in pain thinking, 'OMG, I'm about to give birth to a baby that I don't know I'm having'."
The podcast host admitted that she considered calling an ambulance but she decided against it. She instead opted to get checked out by her doctor in the first instance.

Gemma revealed that the issue was subsequently diagnosed as her passing a kidney stone. The NHS website lists "severe pain" as among the possible symptoms of such.
She continued: "So I was being told that I was basically, more or less, passing a kidney stone." Gemma later stated on the podcast that she had a "kidney infection" recently too.
Gemma said she was given medication following the diagnosis. She explained that she "drank lots of cranberry juice" and water alongside such treatment for the issue.
And during the podcast episode, she told her listeners that it was "painful" trying to pass the kidney stone but said she treated herself to a takeaway amid the issue.
Gemma suggested the issue arose a few weeks ago as it was mentioned alongside KISS FM's Halloween party - which was held at OVO Arena Wembley on October 28.
"Obviously with the kidney infection etc, I didn't know if I would be able to go, but I am so glad I did," she explained. Gemma said it was "great fun" at the event in London.
