Gemma Collins treated herself to a new beauty treatment which she teased is going to leave her looking like a supermodel and free from puffiness.
The 40-year-old reality star is ahead of the pack when it comes to turning her back on Botox and fillers.
But now she's seeking new treatments to secure a youthful complexion that doesn’t look fake.
And taking to Instagram on Monday, Gemma revealed she is starting the week with a bit of self pampering – and indulging in some pricey ‘mesofiller’ injections.
The former The Only Way Is Essex explained that they treatment – a non-surgical medical technique that injects 'potent molecules' into the injection points to encourage skin to tighten – combined with the power of Monday night’s full moon would transform her like never before.
Taking to Instagram Stories, Gemma shared footage of herself at the Orocum clinic in Crouch End, North London – and added a caption to her first update which reads: “So guys I’m so excited to have some self love me time on the full moon.”
Addressing the camera, the star said: “I feel like it’s a full moon tonight guys, so you’ve just got to do everything self care. I had reflexology today. Everything to kind of keep you on the level when a full moon is happening.”
A further update followed with Gemma showcasing her very smooth complexion.
She gushed: :”So guys, as you can see, I’ve been at work all day.
“What’s so great about this new treatment is it’s not filler, it’s not Botox, it keeps you looking youthful. Which, guys, we all want that now. That nice, youthful look without looking pumped up, filled up.
“So check it out. It’s a new product on the market.”
She added a further short video, saying: “This is the new thing to have for keeping young without all the fake look.
“So just speaking to the beautiful Fernanda here. It’s going to improve elasticity, firmness – so when I wake up in the morning, guys, let’s see what it does on top of a full moon.”
She then said with a wink: “I could be looking like a supermodel in the morning.”
The Orocum clinic’s Instagram used hashtags to suggested Gemma had enjoyed a Macdermol Bio Lift treatment – believed to cost £160.
While Gemma’s procedure is tipped to create a youthful complexion with a natural look, many reality stars are beginning to turn away from the tried-and-tested filler look.
Love Island star Olivia Attwood decided to remove her own fillers from her face back in 2019 after admitting she had gone “too far” with her love for plumping up her lips and cheeks.
While Towie’s Chloe Sims also opted to dissolve her lip fillers in 2021 in order to achieve a “more natural look” after years of pumping up her pout with injections.
