Gemma Atkinson has showed how she is able to "hide" her baby bump as she made a plea to her followers.
The former Strictly star, 38, took to her Instagram Story to show her fans how she hides her bump in different lighting and for people to not get hung up on other's photos.
As she posed in the clip she faced the camera where it seemed like she wasn't expecting but soon turned to the sign where she revealed her growing baby bump.
The actress wrote over the top of the video: "Quick reminder that if I can hide a baby, what else can ppl hide with shapes & lighting?
"Don't get too hung up on other ppls pictures. Most of them aren't real."
Gemma recently announced that she is expecting her second child with Gorka Marquez.
The former Hollyoaks star, who met her professional dancer boyfriend on Strictly, joked that her bump had become "impossible to hide".
The pregnant star also revealed that she would be expecting a baby boy - her first son after welcoming daughter Mia in 2019.
In a black and white photo of herself in a pair of tracksuit bottoms and a vest top, Gemma was pictured looking down at her bump with a smile.
She tweeted: "Impossible to hide my belly any longer. I’ve officially 'popped.' Our baby boy will be joining our family later this year.
"We feel so incredibly blessed and Grateful to be on this journey again. Mia is absolutely thrilled! Although we may need to do some negotiating on names, as so far she’s adamant he’s going to be called Barbie."
Gorka reshared the post, tagging it with a simple "#blessed" comment.
Gemma's pregnancy is thought to be the reason Gorka pulled out of the Strictly live tour this year as he didn't want to spend time away from his family.
Fans of the show were left gutted after they found out that Helen Skelton wouldn't be performing with Gorka.
Instead she is dancing with Kai Widdrington for the rest of the tour.
Gemma hasn't revealed an exact due date for her second baby.
