Gemma Atkinson has said her daughter Mia is following in her footsteps - by getting her own set of dumbbells in their home gym - despite being just two years old.
Gemma, 37, is a known fitness fanatic, having participated in the Great Manchester Run and other races countless times while balancing her TV work.
The soap star has now made the claim that her healthy lifestyle is starting to rub off on little Mia too.
