Secretary Blinken emphasized the importance of the PA having access to its revenues in order to provide essential services and ensure stability in the West Bank. He acknowledged the crucial role played by the Palestinian Authority Security Forces in maintaining peace and security, which is in the best interest of Israel as well. Blinken firmly expressed the belief that these funds should be released to the PA as they rightfully belong to them.
