Gardai trying to trace last movements of tragic teacher Louise Muckell as she is pictured for first time

Gardai Rathkeale Limerick

Gardai have been harvesting hundreds of hours of video footage from CCTV cameras to try and trace the last movements of a former music teacher found dead this week.

Louise Muckell from Rathkeale, Co Limerick, was found with serious injuries at her home at Cois Deel in the town at around 8.30pm on Tuesday night and she later died at University Hospital Limerick.

Gardai have not launched a murder investigation yet but sources said they believe Ms Muckell died from a violent attack.
