Game Of Thrones' highly-anticipated prequel House Of The Dragon has released its final action-packed trailer days before the premiere.
A new promo clip, titled Fire Will Reign, was released before the show finally airs on Sunday, August 21.
In a short 45-second clip, HBO brought the drama with short scenes of dragons, betrayals, jousts, and more.
"The road ahead is uncertain but the end is clear. We are better defended," Viserys Targaryen, who is played by Paddy Considine, quietly states in the trailer.
When asked who the family are 'better defended' against, Viserys answers: "Whomever may dare to challenge us."
He added: "The threat of war looms," as scenes of dragons flying over cities and the ocean played.
There are also a few scenes of battles as the Targaryen clan fights over who should have the throne.
Rhys Ifans, who took on the role of Otto Hightower, is heard saying in one scene: "The gods have yet to make a man who lacks the patience for absolute power, Your Grace."
House Of The Dragon focuses on House Targaryen and is set two hundred years before the events that unfolded in Game Of Thrones.
It is based on George R.R. Martin's Fire & Blood.
The prequel series sees Doctor Who star Matt Smith step into the widely-loved universe, alongside Sound of Metal’s Olivia Cooke and Truth Seekers’ Emma D’Arcy, among many other big names.
The show has been in development for a few years now, with the producers making a few changes along the way.
George RR Martin revealed at San Diego Comic-Con earlier this year that he had shot a cameo for the prequel series.

He said that the editors had “left my part on the cutting room floor”.
The author didn’t go into detail on what that cameo involved, or how impactful it was in the story.
Speaking about other changes, he said: "Sure, there are some changes from Fire & Blood [source material novel] — we could not present three alternative versions of every major event, not and keep our sanity — but I think Ryan Condal and his writers made good choices. Even some improvements."
House of the Dragon will premiere on HBO Max in the USA on August 21 and on Sky Atlantic on August 22 in the UK.
Episodes will release weekly, with 10 in total coming in the first season.
