Future of Food Festival: Bentley's, Fallow and Ambassadors Clubhouse on all-star line-up

Festival: lots of events will take place in May - (Future of Food)

Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, Maison François and Ambassadors Clubhouse are among a line-up of West End restaurants taking part in this year’s Future of Food Festival.

The event returns in 2026 after a debut last year and will run between May 12-24, with supper clubs, chef demonstrations, offers for diners and a new food market.

The festival is organised by publicists for Regent Street and St James’s, two luxury London retail districts owned by the Crown Estate.

“Those attending can expect to see more from the chefs, restaurants and food innovators shaping the future of dining, with the festival bringing together some of the West End’s most exciting culinary talent for a celebration of sustainability, creativity and forward-thinking food culture,” said the team.

Other restaurants involved include Scully St James’s, Café Royal Grill, and Michael Caines at The Stafford.

The programme of events includes a collaboration dinner hosted by Alex Dilling, from the two Michelin-starred Hotel Cafe Royal and Merlin Labron-Johnson of the two-star Somerset restaurant Osip, and a four-course dinner put on by Bentley’s and Fallow in celebration of British seafood.

Elsewhere, the forager Flavour Fred, Ramael Scully and regenerative farmer Poppy Okotcha will be running events at Fortnum & Mason, while chef Helen Graham will host supper clubs alongside charity partner The Felix Project, which works to eradicate widespread hunger in London.

The first St James’s Food Fair will take place on Saturday May 16 between 12-7pm and there will be menus and in-store discounts across shops and restaurants throughout Regent Street and St James’s.
