A furious man has been told he must remove a 6ft wall he built outside his home.
Homeowner Mark Roberts forked out £5,000 for the structure, which he said would provide him 'privacy' and 'security', but is now locked in a battle with his local council.
“The wall is three years old this month and I had a huge conifer hedge there,” the garden product manufacturer told Wales Online.
