Furious B&Q customers are calling for the retailer to take action after paint pots spilled open and 'ruined' their vehicles.
The DIY retailer has hit back against complaints, arguing that care needs to be taken when travelling in a motor with a pot of paint, but shoppers remain frustrated.
Customer Adam Bolwell says a £42 pot of grey emulsion Valspar paint popped open when he was driving up a hill in his Peugeot 107, leaving the footwell "looking like a swimming pool".
