Tesco is among a number of supermarkets recalling chicken products over salmonella fears.
(Picture: Getty Images)Supermarkets including Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and M&S are recalling dozens of chicken products out of fear that they are contaminated with salmonella.
Salmonella is a bacteria that can cause food poisoning. Food poisoning symptoms include feeling sick, diarrhoea, being sick, stomach cramps, a high temperature of 38C or above, and feeling generally unwell, such as feeling tired or having aches and chills, according to the NHS.
