Arsenal face Liverpool in a huge Premier League clash at Anfield on Sunday in the hopes of re-establishing their eight-point lead at the top. Title rivals Manchester City cut the gap down to five after comfortably dispatching of Southampton on Saturday evening.
Anything but a victory in Merseyside could hand the initiative back to the reigning champions as they have a game in hand on the Gunners and must welcome Mikel Arteta's men to Etihad Stadium later this month. To avoid that, Arsenal would need to end an 11-year winless league run away to Liverpool.
The clash with the Reds starts a crucial six-game run that could decide the title with Arsenal still needing to take on Man City, Newcastle and Chelsea.

Liverpool are in a poor vein of form though having not won in the league since the 7-0 demolition of Manchester United on March 5. Arsenal, meanwhile, head into the decisive title game off the back of two 4-1 victories at Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners have a near-full strength squad available after Arteta confirmed Bukayo Saka will be back despite a recent illness that limited him to a cameo from the bench. Ben White was also dealing with some issues ahead of last weekend's clash while Eddie Nketiah could make a matchday squad return after Arteta dropped a possible injury hint on Friday.
William Saliba though remains a huge doubt for the clash, while Takehiro Tomiyasu and Mohamed Elneny are guaranteed to miss the meeting and likely the remainder of the season. With that said, here's the full squad that Arteta has to choose from against Liverpool:
Goalkeepers: Aaron Ramsdale, Matt Turner, James Hillson.
Defenders: Ben White, Gabriel Magalhaes, Rob Holding, Jakub Kiwior, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Kieran Tierney, Reuell Walters
Midfielders: Thomas Partey, Martin Odegaard, Fabio Vieira, Jorginho, Granit Xhaka.
Forwards: Gabriel Jesus, Emile Smith Rowe, Gabriel Martinelli, Bukayo Saka, Reiss Nelson, Leandro Trossard.
