Fulham have reached an agreement to sign Shakhtar Donetsk winger Kevin.
Fulham will pay a club-record €40million (£34.6m) fee for the 22-year-old, eclipsing the initial £27million they paid for Emile Smith Rowe last summer.

Kevin is in London for a medical ahead of his proposed move, though Fulham are yet to reach an agreement with the player’s camp.
Kevin, who scored nine goals and provided four assists last season, netted from the penalty spot as Shakhtar sealed their place in the Conference League on Thursday.
The Brazilian joined Shakhtar from Palmeiras in January 2024 and impressed in last season's Champions League, scoring against Bayern Munich and Brest in the league phase.
Fulham have been in the market for a winger all summer and also pursued a deal for Arsenal’s Reiss Nelson, who spent last season on loan at Craven Cottage.
Talks have also been held with AC Milan’s Samuel Chukwueze as Fulham look to add options in attack, having scored twice in their opening three Premier League games.
Fulham have endured a difficult summer, so far only bringing in backup goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte, and Marco Silva said this week that the club had no other choice but to make more signings before the deadline.
Having focused on contract renewals for much of the summer, Fulham have now stepped up their efforts to bring players in before Monday’s deadline.
Fulham’s move for Kevin is not expected to be the last deal they pursue as Silva looks to bolster his squad after taking two points from Fulham’s opening three league games.
