The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has initiated an investigation into the potential adverse effects of artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots on children and teenagers. The probe encompasses seven major companies, including OpenAI, Alphabet (NASDAQ:GOOG) (NASDAQ:GOOGL), Meta (NASDAQ:META), and Snapchat (NYSE:SNAP).
