Frost Concerns in Brazil Push Coffee Prices Sharply Higher

September arabica coffee (KCU24) today is up +9.60 (+4.07%), and Sep ICE robusta coffee (RMU24) is up +115 (+2.62%).

Coffee prices today are sharply higher for a second day, with arabica posting a 3-week high and robusta posting a 2-week high.  Coffee prices are surging on carryover support from Tuesday when  meteorologist Rural Clima forecasted temperatures in Brazil could drop to near freezing next week, damaging the country's coffee crops.
