A young man has become the seventh person charged over the death of Ghassan Long, who was fatally stabbed during a brawl in a Sydney park.
The 24-year-old died from wounds he suffered during the attack at Leonard Reserve at Roselands, in the city's southwest, on February 23.
Police charged a 21-year-old man with murder over allegations he stabbed Mr Long during a brawl involving a number of people.
He appeared in Bankstown Local Court on Wednesday, when he also faced charges of knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime and dishonestly obtaining property by deception.
The man was refused bail and will appear in Burwood Local Court in March.
Six other people have been charged over various alleged roles in the incident, which investigators previously described as "very concerning" as it occurred in a park popular with local families.
Several people were seen running from the area after the night-time brawl.
An 18-year-old man has also been charged with Mr Long's murder, while a 17-year-old was charged with hindering the police investigation.
The youth presented to hospital with an injured hand following the incident but was arrested and taken into custody after being discharged.
Police said their investigations into the February brawl were continuing.
