Guy Sebastian's former manager will wait more than a year to face a fresh fraud trial as he fights allegations of embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from the pop star.

Titus Day managed the Australian Idol winner through his company 6 Degrees between 2009 and 2017, before their relationship ended.
