Manchester United transfer target Ibrahim Sangare has already labelled the Premier League his "dream" move.
The PSV Eindhoven midfielder has been linked with the Red Devils and Chelsea, and it appears that new United manager Erik ten Hag would have a much simpler task of bringing him to Old Trafford compared to his top target, Frenkie de Jong.
Ten Hag is desperate to reunite with former Ajax star De Jong in Manchester, and while Barcelona are willing to negotiate a transfer, the player himself is reluctant to leave the Camp Nou. Sanagre, on the other hand, seems keen on a move to England, as Sky Sports reported on Wednesday that the dynamic midfielder's deal in Holland has a release clause worth £29.8 million.
"I am a PSV player and I am concentrating on the three games we have left this season," Sangare declared to De Telegraaf in May. "I don't have my head in other things. After that, I'll go on holiday and I'll have time to talk about possible next projects, but until then I don't want to worry about that.
"Playing in the Premier League is not only a dream of mine, but a dream of every footballer. That is the biggest and most important league in the world."
Sangare's answer when quizzed about a potential departure is a much more promising one than De Jong's, who has frequently stated his preference to stay in Spain amid suggestions that his sale would help Barcelona fund a move for dream signing Robert Lewandowski. "I prefer to stay with Barcelona," the Netherlands international stated to ESPN last month.
"Barcelona is just my dream club. Also from a young age. I just said it too. I've never regretted my choice despite the fact that I had hoped for more in terms of prizes than I've achieved so far. But I have never regretted my choice."
Dutch media have also linked Sangare with switches to Newcastle and Liverpool, having joined PSV from French side Toulouse in 2020, a somewhat surprising choice given his array of admirers across Europe. Now, though, Sangare finally looks set to make the leap to the big-time after 88 appearances and one trophy in Eindhoven.

The Ivorian helped Roger Schmidt 's side win the KNVB Cup last season, as Red Devils legend Ruud van Nistelrooy will take the reins for the upcoming campaign. The newly-appointed PSV boss may not get to work with Sangare, however, and Van Nistelrooy is claimed to planning for life without the 24-year-old in his squad.
Voetbal Primeur report that the club have expressed interest in Utrecht ace Quinten Timber, who is the brother of United target Jurrien Timber. The latter is another youngster who Ten Hag successfully embedded into the Ajax first team, as the Dutch tactician scours his homeland to kickstart to Old Trafford revolution.
