The world No 1 and big tournament favourite breaks the serve of Juan Manuel Cerundolo in the Argentinian’s opening game, jumping into a 3-0 lead without 10 minutes. Cerundolo defeated Britain’s Jacob Fearnley in straight sets in his first-round match on Tuesday.
