New mum Frankie Essex admits that she compares her twins to other babies all the time and worries that her little ones are already falling behind".
The TOWIE star says she span into a panic after watching her pal's kids, who are the same age, start crawling.
Frankie, 34, gave birth to twins Logan and Luella in June and has been in and out of hospital with the babies since.
In October Logan was rushed to A&E and had to have an abscess removed from his leg. Luella was born with a condition called torticollis, a twisting of the neck that can cause the head to rotate and tilt.
Writing in her OK! magazine column, Frankie penned: "Olivia Bowen's little boy is crawling, and I swear he's not that much older than Logan and Luella.
"He was going fast! I thought ‘Oh my god’. I couldn’t have that right now because they have nowhere to crawl. Because of this, I’ve not been encouraging them too much."
She said that she has to remind herself that her twins were born premature and weighed just 4lb each when they first arrived.
"I do think '‘Oh my god, are they behind?’ but they’re not really because they were born so small. They’ve done so well."
Frankie, 34, has booked Luella to go back into hospital in the new year.
She said that her daughter's neck has "gone bad" and is "really falling to one side again".
She has also spoken to a company that makes helmets for babies with the same condition as Luella.
Frankie explained that she wants Luella to get examined by a professional, which will cost her £2,500.
The reality star, who shares the babies with her personal trainer boyfriend Luke Luv, 32, announced that she was expecting in February this year.
She told New!: "I didn’t have a period for a couple of months when I stopped everything. Then I had my period, and wrote that down,"
"The next month came along and I didn’t have one, so I just assumed they were messed up from coming off contraception."
"I left it for another two weeks. Then I just bought a pregnancy test to see. I did it and it came back positive! I was so shocked, I didn’t tell Luke for a week."
To celebrate the babies' first 12 weeks, Frankie shared a sweet video of the moment she first held them.
