Viral TikTok train enthusiast Francis Bourgeois recently visited Edinburgh again during a special tour of the country on the Royal Scotsman.
In May 2022, the train-daft influencer, who has gone viral for his love of transport, was spotted at Edinburgh Waverley as he was shown around the station and admired several ScotRail trains.
Francis recently returned to the capital as he uploaded a special video on Instagram vlogging his way from Waverley across the Forth Bridge during a special journey through the Scottish highlands.

The video starts by panning to Francis who shows viewers the Royal Scotsman train and says: "It's a dream come true for me to be riding on it today," as a piper plays in the background.
Francis is then shown onboard the train and offered a 'health shot' which he necks and continues down the carriage. As the train departs Waverley Station, Francis is beside himself with excitement as he is positioned on the observation deck outside of the carriage.
Equipped with his famous go-pro attached to his head, Francis sprints up and down the carriage and shouts out the names of several other trains he spots on the tracks.
As Francis is screaming with excitement, the camera pans back to a shot inside one of the carriages, as he says: "Didn't realise there was a welcome speech going on either."
It's not long before things 'calm down' as the train is seen crossing the Forth Bridge between South Queensferry and Fife. Viewers are then shown around Francis' room inside the train with its own bed, beauty products and a "spinny fan."
Francis says his "evening can't get any better" as he is sat down to a three-course meal onboard and then serenaded by live music performers.
Viewers in the comment section couldn't get enough of the mini vlog and were quick to share their affection towards Francis. One user said: "I don’t think there is another person on IG that brings me as much joy as you do with your love of trains on here…"
Another agreed, adding: "You’re like the David Attenborough of trains. I love your videos."
