Chief excutive and founder of facilities and environmental services firm MSS Group, Bill Mayne, has stood down from his role. Ulsterman Mr Mayne will remain with the Cardiff-based business supporting the leadership team under its new managing director Jonathan James.
Having worked at MSS for over 12 years, Mr James brings a wealth of experience to the role having led operations in MSS’ environmental team.
Earlier this year the business was acquired by acquisitive global leader in environmental, engineering and sustainability solutions RSK in a multi-million-pound deal. Cheshire-based RSK has revenues of £1bn and a global workforce of more than 8,000. MSS has seen continued growth since its acquisition.
