'Not right': woman's heartbreak over twin who vanished

The heartbroken family of a man who vanished 14 years ago have welcomed a renewed police appeal after investigators determined he likely met with foul play.

Brendan Breen, then aged 55, was last seen at the Hilton Hotel at Melbourne's South Wharf on April 12, 2012.
